Not a pizza in the traditional sense. This is a pie, filled a little like our huntsman type pies, but with Italian stuff (stuff being the technical description of produce.) Jan made one the other day because it's a traditional Easter dish and my mother tried it on Sunday. It received tremendous praise 'justa lika mamma useda to make.'
Personally I can take it or leave it and I'll try it again tonight no doubt. Jan made it with a layered filling but there are other versions.

That looks delicious! I looked at the recipe and Jan was an absolute saint for cooking that - it sounds time consuming and complicated!
