Not quite virtuous
It would be easy to feel very virtuous about making a two hour journey to see a sick relative in hospital but when you add in a lunch stop at Ricci's then, if you examine your conscience, you might have to admit that there is more than enough self interest to make your halo slip a bit.

As long as the meal was on the way back so you weren't breathing garlic all over the poor patient! You're lucky to live in an area with such a wealth of good eateries. It's pretty good here, but not as good a selection as you I suspect.
